Our Fee Structure

Financial Planning Fees

Impact Advisors Group offers broad-based financial planning for a monthly fee. We utilize a 12 month financial planning agreement that can be cancelled with 30 days written notice by either party.

Monthly Recurring Fee: $500 - $4,000

Our monthly fee is transparently based on complexity and effort. This compensation equips us to have a positive, material, and enduring impact on the clients we serve.

Investment Management Fees

Impact Advisors Group manages your accounts in a fee-only arrangement. We are not paid by commissions, sales or transaction charges, revenue sharing, kickbacks, or other non-transparent compensation schemes in the management of your investment accounts. We do this so that our interests are aligned. We both win or we both lose! Total fees (which are in addition to the fund expenses) are based on the household’s aggregate assets under management (“AUM”) according to the following structure.

AUM $5,000 - $250,000: 1.15%

1.15% up to $250,000.

AUM $250,001 - $600,000: 1.05%

1.15% on the first $250,000 plus 1.05% on the difference.

AUM $600,001 - $1,500,000: 0.95%

1.15% on $250,000, plus 1.05% on $350,000, plus .95% on the difference.

AUM $1,500,001 - $3,500,000: 0.85%

1.15% on $250,000, plus 1.05% on $350,000, plus .95% on $900,000, plus 0.85% on the difference.

AUM $3,500,001 - $5,000,000: 0.70%

1.15% on $250,000, plus 1.05% on $350,000, plus .95% on $900,000, plus 0.85% on $2,000,000, plus 0.70% on the difference.

AUM $5,000,001 and up: Negotiable

1.15% on $250,000, plus 1.05% on $350,000, plus .95% on $900,000, plus 0.85% on $2,000,000, plus 0.70% on the difference.
