Financial Planning: Financial Fitness
Financial fitness describes your overall financial well-being, akin to how physical fitness pertains to your physical health.
IAG is very excited to announce that Jon Bock, CPA/PFS has been promoted to Director of Tax Planning at Impact Advisors Group.
“Tax planning is quite different than tax compliance,” said Brandon Jordan, CEO & Director of Business Planning at Impact Advisors Group. “Tax planning, like tax compliance, can have a tremendously valuable impact on families. Both are of equal importance. The recent sweeping changes in tax regulations (Tax Cut and Jobs Act, the Secure Act and the Secure Act 2.0) have all but required that the CPA community focus exclusively on tax compliance, as failure to comply can have materially negative impacts on their clients. IAG is excited to be able to assist our clients, as well as their trusted CPAs, by taking a more active role in tax planning. Jon, as a CPA, is uniquely qualified to help identify tax planning opportunities for IAG’s clients and communicate these opportunities to the client’s CPA for confirmation. We are thankful that he is a member of the IAG team.”
A graduate of West Chester University, Jon Bock first joined Impact Advisors Group in early 2024. With his extensive knowledge and experience as a CPA/PFS, he remains committed to making a positive impact on the well-being of his clients while helping them lead more fulfilling lives.
“I am thrilled for my new role with a firm that deeply cares about the success of the families we serve,” Bock said of the promotion. “As the Director of Tax Planning, my mission will be to translate continuous tax policy shifts into strategic opportunities to elevate our client’s tax strategy. While trust and expertise are paramount, the core of tax planning is communication and collaboration. I cannot wait to help our current and future families navigate their tax plan and win; and when our clients win, we all win!’
